The right candidate will come with at least 20-years of infrastructure management experience to oversee mainframe systems operations, performance, and strategic planning within large-scale enterprise environments. Skilled in managing mission-critical infrastructure, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring 24/7 availability of mainframe systems. Experienced in z/OS administration, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and vendor relationship management. Proven track record in implementing technology upgrades, aligning infrastructure with business goals, and mentoring technical teams to deliver reliable and efficient mainframe solutions.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Mainframe Systems Manager will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of enterprise-level mainframe systems. Responsibilities include managing the Mainframe Systems team, ensuring compliance with technical policies, coordinating disaster recovery procedures, and monitoring system performance and capacity. The Manager will lead projects related to hardware and software upgrades, oversee vendor relationships, and maintain documentation for all mainframe processes. The role also involves fiscal planning, including cost forecasting for hardware and software lifecycles, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction through technology consolidation and innovation.
